Preparing a work space is very important, the environment you are creating in directly effects the work itself. My last workspace was very cluttered and had everything from the past 6 years stacked up. I simplified when we moved and only brought a few unfinished pieces, everything else is materials, tools and blank paper/canvas. While getting set up the other day I realized I have a lot more paint than I ever knew!
Here are all my watercolors... between my own collection, Bob's grandpa's paints that were given to me, and some of my Grandmaw's paints I have a ton! Ready to get going on some artwork! Learning to be patient though, I need to extend my paints as far as I can. So, while I come up with some new ideas, I'm working on 2 landscapes that need to be finished. Both of which are landscapes from up here which I started months ago.
& the pups are the best art buddies ever by the way.
